We accept PayPal payment with confirmed address to scorememorabilia_payments@yahoo.com. We ship USPS and FedEx express. Shipping Costs include insurance and packaging. Expedited processing and shipment is also available for additional cost, please contact us for Express Shipping Rates with your City, Zip (Postal Code) and State / Country. It takes three to four business days for an order to process (prior to shipping it). Once the order has shipped, estimated time of arrival will be determined by the selected shipping method and local FedEx, USPS guidelines for delivery. Once your order processed and shipped we will email you the tracking number. If for any reason your Packages cannot be delivered and returned to us, Score Authentics will not pay the return shipping cost. Many foreign countries apply an import tax, VAT, or other duty on imported items. Score Authentics is not responsible for any of those additional charges. Please inspect all packages at delivery. If the packaging is damaged, please record this information with the delivery person immediately, save all original packaging and notify Score Authentics within 24 hours. Score Authentics will handle the insurance claim.

There is a restocking fee of 25% on all returns for refunds (RMA Refund) unless waived by a Management. Policy Updated September 21, 2019 As of October 11, 2019 PayPal will be changing their policy. In line with industry practice and according to their updated policy, refund fees from the original transaction will not be returned/refunded. This policy will not apply to duplicate transactions, voids and most disputed transactions. Due to PayPal’s policy changes, Score Authentics will be adjusting their refund policy and will be issuing refunds to our clients accordingly. What that means to our clients: Payments made with PayPal that are subject to a refund will be credited back minus the PayPal processing fees. PayPal charges $0.30 for each transaction and then 2.9% of the total. Please note, this policy change affects only payments submitted through PayPal.
